Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prevly mobile app (the "App", "Service"), operated by Prevly ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use an app with user-generated content and social features (see also §12 of our Privacy Policy on children's privacy). By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
- Post spam, scam links, or unsolicited advertising;
- Share another person's personal information without consent;
- Impersonate any person or entity;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of what we explicitly permit.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the comments, posts, ratings and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Prevly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (for example, showing your comment to other users, or a snapshot preserved for a moderation review). You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to post it.
During the current beta, you cannot attach a photo from your device to a comment or post; only images sourced from TMDB or GIPHY may be attached (your avatar photo is the exception — device photos are still allowed there).
5. Content Moderation, Reporting and Blocking
We use a combination of automated rules and human review to moderate content. You can report content or a profile you believe violates these Terms; reports include a reason and, optionally, further detail. Content that receives multiple independent reports may be automatically hidden pending review. You can block another user, which removes any existing follow relationship between you and hides each other's content from one another where technically applicable. We may remove content, warn, suspend, or permanently ban an account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice where warranted by severity.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
In addition to §3, you may not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hate speech, incites violence, infringes intellectual property rights, or that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, is harmful to the Service or its users.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Prevly offers optional paid subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features, including an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever store you downloaded the App from — we do not process your payment directly or store your payment card details.
- Free trials: some plans may include an introductory free trial, as configured and disclosed by Apple/Google at the time of purchase, typically offered once per account.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime via your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective store policies, not by Prevly directly, since those stores process the payment.
We use RevenueCat to determine and sync your subscription status across devices; see our Privacy Policy for what data that involves.
8. Intellectual Property
The Prevly name, logo, and the App's original design, software and features (excluding Your Content and third-party content described in §9) are owned by Prevly or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as Your Content or as these Terms explicitly permit.
9. Third-Party Content
Show, movie and episode metadata, posters and related images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). Prevly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TMDB. GIF content available for comments and posts is provided by GIPHY. All such third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their own terms.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including through our content moderation process (§5). You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time — see Account Deletion.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prevly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also change or discontinue features of the Service as described in §10.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Prevly's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, which these Terms do not limit or override.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Prevly ("biz") tarafından işletilen Prevly mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama", "Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Bir hesap oluşturarak veya Uygulamayı kullanarak, bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Uygunluk
Hizmeti kullanmak için bağlayıcı bir sözleşme yapabilecek durumda olmanız ve kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerik ile sosyal özelliklere sahip bir uygulamayı kullanmak için bulunduğunuz yargı alanında gereken asgari yaşta olmanız gerekir (ayrıca bkz. Gizlilik Politikamızın çocukların gizliliğiyle ilgili §12). Uygulamayı kullanarak, bu gereksinimleri karşıladığınızı beyan etmiş olursunuz.
2. Hesabınız
Giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altındaki tüm etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızın izinsiz kullanıldığından şüpheleniyorsanız derhal [email protected] adresinden bize bildirin.
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Hizmeti şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Geçerli herhangi bir yasayı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek;
- Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek, tehdit etmek veya istismar etmek;
- Spam, dolandırıcılık bağlantıları veya istenmeyen reklam paylaşmak;
- Başka bir kişinin kişisel bilgilerini rızası olmadan paylaşmak;
- Herhangi bir kişi veya kuruluşun kimliğine bürünmek;
- Hizmete veya diğer kullanıcıların hesaplarına müdahale etmeye, bunları bozmaya veya yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak;
- Açıkça izin verdiğimizin dışında Hizmete erişmek için otomatik araçlar (botlar, kazıyıcılar) kullanmak.
4. Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik
Gönderdiğiniz yorumlar, gönderiler, puanlamalar ve diğer içeriklerin ("İçeriğiniz") sahipliğini elinizde tutarsınız. İçeriğinizi paylaşarak, Prevly'ye İçeriğinizi yalnızca Hizmeti işletmek ve geliştirmek amacıyla barındırma, saklama, çoğaltma ve görüntüleme için dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, telif ücretsiz bir lisans verirsiniz (örneğin, yorumunuzu diğer kullanıcılara göstermek veya bir moderasyon incelemesi için saklanan bir anlık görüntü). İçeriğinizden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz ve onu paylaşmak için gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu onaylarsınız.
Şu anki beta sürecinde, bir yoruma veya gönderiye cihazınızdan bir fotoğraf ekleyemezsiniz; yalnızca TMDB veya GIPHY'den alınan görseller eklenebilir (avatar fotoğrafınız istisnadır — orada cihaz fotoğraflarına hâlâ izin verilir).
5. İçerik Moderasyonu, Şikâyet ve Engelleme
İçeriği moderasyondan geçirmek için otomatik kurallar ve insan incelemesinin bir kombinasyonunu kullanırız. Bu Koşulları ihlal ettiğine inandığınız bir içeriği veya profili şikâyet edebilirsiniz; şikâyetler bir neden ve isteğe bağlı olarak ek ayrıntı içerir. Birden fazla bağımsız şikâyet alan içerik, inceleme bekleyene kadar otomatik olarak gizlenebilir. Başka bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsiniz; bu, sizinle o kullanıcı arasındaki mevcut bir takip ilişkisini kaldırır ve teknik olarak uygulanabilir olduğu yerlerde birbirinizin içeriğini birbirinizden gizler. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden bir hesabın içeriğini kaldırabilir, uyarabilir, askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak yasaklayabiliriz; bu, takdirimize bağlıdır ve ciddiyetin gerektirdiği durumlarda önceden bildirimli veya bildirimsiz olabilir.
6. Yasak İçerik ve Davranış
§3'e ek olarak, yasa dışı, reşit olmayanları içeren cinsel içerikli, nefret söylemi içeren, şiddeti teşvik eden, fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden veya makul takdirimizle Hizmete ya da kullanıcılarına zararlı olduğunu belirlediğimiz içerikleri paylaşamazsınız.
7. Abonelikler ve Satın Alımlar
Prevly, reklamsız deneyim dahil premium özellikleri açan isteğe bağlı ücretli abonelik planları (aylık ve yıllık) sunar. Abonelikler, Uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağaza olan Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve faturalandırılır — ödemenizi doğrudan işlemeyiz veya ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi saklamayız.
- Ücretsiz denemeler: bazı planlar, satın alma anında Apple/Google tarafından yapılandırılan ve açıklanan, genellikle hesap başına bir kez sunulan bir tanıtım amaçlı ücretsiz deneme içerebilir.
- Otomatik yenileme: abonelikler, yenileme tarihinden en az 24 saat önce Apple ID veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınız üzerinden iptal edilmediği sürece her faturalandırma döneminin sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- İptal: Apple ID veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarınız üzerinden istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur ancak mevcut dönem için geriye dönük iade sağlamaz.
- İadeler: iade talepleri, ödemeyi işleyen mağazalar olduğundan, doğrudan Prevly tarafından değil, Apple veya Google'ın kendi mağaza politikalarına göre ele alınır.

8. Fikri Mülkiyet
Prevly adı, logosu ve Uygulamanın özgün tasarımı, yazılımı ve özellikleri (İçeriğiniz ve §9'da açıklanan üçüncü taraf içeriği hariç) Prevly'ye veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Hizmetin herhangi bir bölümünü, İçeriğiniz olarak veya bu Koşulların açıkça izin verdiği şekiller dışında kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya dağıtamazsınız.
9. Üçüncü Taraf İçeriği
Dizi, film ve bölüm meta verileri, posterler ve ilgili görseller The Movie Database (TMDB) tarafından sağlanır. Prevly, TMDB ile bağlantılı, onaylı veya sponsorlu değildir. Yorumlar ve gönderiler için kullanılabilir GIF içeriği GIPHY tarafından sağlanır. Bu tür tüm üçüncü taraf içeriği kendi sahiplerinin mülkiyetinde kalır ve kendi koşullarına tabidir.
10. Hizmetin Kullanılabilirliği
Hizmeti erişilebilir ve güvenilir tutmayı hedefliyoruz ancak kesintisiz erişimi garanti etmiyoruz. Hizmetin herhangi bir bölümünü, geçici veya kalıcı olarak, bildirimli veya bildirimsiz şekilde değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya durdurabiliriz.
11. Askıya Alma ve Fesih
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda, içerik moderasyon sürecimiz (§5) dahil olmak üzere, hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya feshedebiliriz. Hizmeti kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman durdurabilir veya hesabınızın silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz — bkz. Hesap Silme.
12. Feragatnameler
Hizmet, geçerli yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, satılabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme garantileri dahil olmak üzere, açık veya zımni hiçbir türden garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur.
13. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Geçerli yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Prevly, Hizmeti kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan veya bununla ilgili herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zarardan ya da herhangi bir veri, kullanım veya itibar kaybından sorumlu olmayacaktır. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir şey, geçerli yasa uyarınca sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
14. Hizmet ve Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; bunu yaptığımızda yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleyeceğiz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Hizmetin özelliklerini §10'da açıklandığı gibi değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz.
15. Geçerli Hukuk
Bu Koşullar, geçerli yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkeleri dikkate alınmaksızın, Prevly'nin faaliyet gösterdiği yere uygulanan yasalara tabidir — bu Koşulların sınırlamadığı veya geçersiz kılmadığı, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin yasaları uyarınca sahip olabileceğiniz zorunlu tüketici koruma haklarına halel getirmeksizin.
